-5 cm midja/waist
-7 cm höft/hip
-3 cm rumpa/ass
-2,5 cm lår/thigh
-1 cm vad/calf

-4,4 kg


In just 59 days
No candy (1 day off)
No soda
No crisps
Light workout somedays

In mars we gonna speed it up with workouts.
