Arond the world 20 each direction
Kettlebell figure eight 20 direction
Two handed swing 20
Kettlebell cleans 20 each side
Kettlebell halos 20 each direction
Squat curls 20
Bent over rows 20 each side
Repeat!
Finished strong with
Situps 40
Hip extensions 16 each side
